Customer Success Manager

Customer lifecycle management or CLM is the measurement of multiple customer-related metrics, which, when analyzed for a period of time, indicate performance of a business. The overall scope of the CLM implementation process encompasses all domains or departments of an organization, which generally brings all sources of static and dynamic data, marketing processes, and value-added services to a unified decision supporting platform through iterative phases of customer acquisition, retention, cross- and upselling, and lapsed customer win-back.

Customer Lifecycle Management

Customer Success or Customer Success Management is a business method attempting to increase the likelihood of the customer reaching their desired outcomes while using your product or service. Customer Success is relationship-focused client management, that aligns client and vendor goals through mutually beneficial outcomes. An effective Customer Success strategy typically results in decreased customer churn and increased up-sell opportunities. The goal of Customer Success is to make the customer as successful as possible, which in turn, improves customer lifetime value (CLTV) for the company.
