A Leasing Consultant works within the rental office of an apartment complex or residential community. Responsible for sales and marketing of rental properties and dealing with maintenance requests and customer service needs of existing tenants.

Leasing Consultant

Community marketing is a strategy to engage an audience in an active, non-intrusive prospect and customer conversation. Whereas marketing communication strategies such as advertising, promotion, PR, and sales all focus on attaining customers, Community Marketing focuses on the perceived needs of existing customers. This accomplishes four things for a business:Connects existing customers with prospects
Connects prospects with each other
Connects a company with customers/prospects to solidify loyalty
Connects customers with customers to improve product adoption, satisfaction, etc.

Community Marketing

Online advertising, also known as online marketing, Internet advertising, digital advertising or web advertising, is a form of marketing and advertising which uses the Internet to deliver promotional marketing messages to consumers. Many consumers find online advertising disruptive and have increasingly turned to ad blocking for a variety of reasons.

Internet Marketing

Renewal theory is the branch of probability theory that generalizes the Poisson process for arbitrary holding times. Instead of exponentially distributed holding times, a renewal process may have any independent and identically distributed (IID) holding times that have finite mean. A renewal-reward process additionally has a random sequence of rewards incurred at each holding time, which are IID but need not be independent of the holding times.
